No Sync option when I open preferences

I used to sync over wifi with no issues. Since I upgraded to the new version, that no longer works. I have tried using dropbox and back up my info there, but on my iphone, it cannot find the file. So I tried to switch to icloud.
However, when I open my preferences menu on the computer, there is no sync icon at the top. Hmmmm.
Where do I go from here?

OS 10.10.5
Looks like my 1Password is old .... but I upgraded end of last year! I will try to upgrade that again.

    You're right, you are using an older version of 1Password, so the documentation you read in our support pages might not match what you'll see in 1Password.
