  • Hi @dailyllama,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble.

I'm not sure I follow. Could you please elaborate a bit on what you did?

It sounds like it may make sense to start by clearing up some assumptions. Unless you are using 1Password for Families or 1Password for Teams you do not have a "1Password Account." Those two subscription services are the only way to have an "account" (where your data is stored with AgileBits). Otherwise you're using our standalone apps. In that case your data is, by default, stored only on the device that you create it on. You can change this by syncing or backing up your data.

It sounds like you've been using our standalone iOS app, and syncing with iCloud. So, your data should've existed in two places if that were the case: on your device, and in iCloud. If you've deleted it from both of those places, and had not created a backup, then yes, you've deleted your data.

If that is what happened you may be able to restore it by restoring a whole-device backup. Oddly enough sometimes it takes two restores of the same backup in order to restore all app data:

Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support

    Please let us know.

    Ben
