Not requesting to save new sites and not filling in credit card info

I am on a Mac, latest OS, using 1Password 6.1
2 issues: Wont ask to save new logins
and when I try to fill in credit card info it won't - only opens up the info so I can copy and paste.

    Please check in 1Password’s Preferences > Browsers. Is the option "Detect new usernames and passwords and offer to save them” selected?

    Could you tell me a little bit more about how you are doing this? For example, here’s my workflow when viewing a payment page in a web browser:

    • Use ⌘⌥\ ( Command-Option- \ ) to open 1Password mini.
    • Locate the credit card I wish to use (I use arrow keys to navigate the menu, but you could just as easily use your mouse)
    • When the Credit Card item is highlighted, I press Enter.
    • 1Password fills my item details into the fields.

    How does what you’re doing differ from my steps?
