I upgraded the 1Password 5 version to 6.2 on my Mac laptop. It now shows Trial Expired.

I have the exact same problem as https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/59764/even-though-i-already-entered-it-a-while-ago-its-making-me-add-license

I have an IPW3 license "key". I requested the license email from you again; there is no link in it to register or install the license file. I did purchase the upgrade a while back. I have a working 1Password 6.2 version on another Mac, no problems there. Why isn't it working on the laptop? I'm incredibly frustrated.

    Hi @catwest11,

    I’m so sorry to hear that you’re feeling frustrated by this. I took a look in our back office records and I did find a license for 1Password 6, so you do have what you need. I’m not quite sure why the email isn’t working for you, but I will send you a private message with a link to download your license file.
