Mac-Windows Bundle -- Trial Period Expired on Mac

I paid for a One Password Mac & Windows Bundle in Feb. but my Mac now says "trial expired" ... I've read through the FAQ, but am thoroughly confused when it comes to registering the license on the Mac (the Windows system is fine). I've clicked on the link in the email that was provided ... but that's where I run into roadblocks and confusion. Advice for a confused and frustrated consumer?

    Greetings @Mike_Birkeland,

So what should have happened is when you click the link your licence should be downloaded to your Downloads folder. When that happens 1Password should react automatically to its presence. If it doesn't though double clicking or even dragging the licence file on top of 1Password are two other ways to try and force to acknowledge the licence.

To help us understand can you say where things seem to be breaking down. Is the issue in your licence file downloading at all or is it elsewhere in the sequence that things seem to stop working properly. Once we've identified where we will hopefully be able to offer more targeted advice
