extension in firefox, safari, chrome work sporadically, can't see any pattern
I get the code signature failure issue even though their's no update going on. When it "breaks" it stops working in all browsers. Some times it starts working again after reboot, but just restarting browsers never work. Most of the time it won't fill anything out and I have to copy manually. What can I do? I love the app when it works but lately it hasn't played ball.. I've tried both standard and beta installs of both the app and the extension.. no difference.

The next time it happens can you create a diagnostic report please, let's see if it highlights anything. Ideally it will be just after it happens so whatever is happening, if there is a record it's fresh in the logs and hopefully easy to locate.

I have nothing really to base it on hence the request for a diagnostic report but if the issue happens in all the browsers at the same time it makes me wonder if the call we make to OS X to verify is failing. The thing is that's in OS X, it isn't us unless we're really messing something up. Hopefully a diagnostic report will shed some light.
