Icons not changing in Family vaults

When I edit login icons in my primary vaults on my Mac, the icons change almost immediately on my iPhone. When I do the same for my logins in any of my Family vaults, I see the icon flash on my iPhone, but the icon doesn't change.

  • Hi @bgrantiii, thank you for taking the time to write in. I'm really sorry for the trouble that you're having updating the custom icons on the items in your Family vaults. If you log into your 1Password account through your web browser and view your items there, do the custom icons show up?

    @MrRooni no sir, the only place the icons are changed is on my Mac.

    Thanks for that extra bit of information. In order to see what's going on both your Mac and iPhone, I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports. Right before you do that, though, please create a new dummy login item in your Family vault on your Mac and give it a custom icon. Then unlock your iPhone and wait for that item to sync over.

    Once that's done please send the diagnostic reports, one from each of your devices:

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

    Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Email and reports sent. The Support ID is #RQW-12777-999. I created the login from my Mac, but as you can see that while it did sync over, the icon didn't go with it.
