cannot activate 1Password on iPad or iPhone.

Recently purchased/installed/synced 1Password but cannot activate on my iPad or iPhone. Tried to "Restore Purchase" and error message informed me there are no purchases associated with my Apple ID. Are the 1Password Pro Features included in the original purchase?

    @dxboone please ensure you logged in to the Apple Store with exactly the same Apple ID as you used when you originally made the in app purchase of the pro features. If you've not ever made the in app purchase of the pro features, of course, you won't be able to "restore" those features. Does that help? If not, would you mind explaining the problem a little more fully, please.

    By the way, I've deleted your duplicate post to keep things tidy here.

    Stephen, thanks for deleting my duplicate.

    I've only purchased the 1Password program and no in-app additions, assuming the $9.99 1Password Pro Features component is included in the initial purchase, thus making the purchased program more valuable than the free program. Is my assumption incorrect and I need to purchase the Pro Features addition?

    That depends on what you've purchased. If you've purchased a subscription to our 1Password for Families service then the Pro features for iOS are included. If you purchased a license for 1Password, then only the basic versions of the mobile apps are included. I've highlighted the relevant section from our pricing page:

    If you purchased a 1Password license from our website within the past 30 days and would like to switch to a 1Password for Families subscription instead please drop us an email to support+sales@agilebits.com with a link to this thread ( https://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/62628/ ) from the email address you used to purchase. We'll be happy to issue a refund for the license such that you can subscribe to Families instead.
