    @RKCallaway:

    1. From where did you download your version of 1Password—the Mac App Store or the AgileBits store? (If you're unsure, to to 1P6 > About 1Password for the relevant information.)
    2. Do you have your 1Password app file in your ~/Applications folder (i.e., your user Applications folder, as opposed to somewhere else)?

    Thanks for responding.
    1. bought this via Mac App store
    2. 1P is in the application folder.

    As a side note this is happening on my Mac laptop as well, on both my iMac and laptop it happens randomly and does not really interfere with using 1P (which I love)

    @RKCallaway: Thanks for the kind words! I'm glad to hear that you love 1Password as much as we do — maybe more! :love:

    I'm also happy that it doesn't seem to be causing you too much trouble, but if there's something that can be done to resolve it, that would be even better! Do you perhaps have multiple copies of 1Password on your Mac?

    If you encounter the issue again, the best thing to do will be to generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:

    Just be sure to include a link to this forum thread and your username in the email so we can 'connect the dots'. Also, knowing your timezone and the date/time of the incident will help us find it in the logs. We will get to the bottom of this! :)
