I need an invoice of the license I purchased in November. Where can i find it?

I bought a license of 1 Password last November, and when you asked me to update 1Password I was charged again bij iTunes. iTunes doesn't want to refund unless I can show an invoice of my initial purchase.
Where can I find that?

    Hi @frankho01,

    I've resent you your licence but I suspect you didn't purchase directly from us as there were no purchase details. What I can say is there is definitely a licence associated with the email address you are using here in the forums. I'm somewhat surprised though, why are Apple insisting on seeing a licence? I only ask as this is the first time somebody has approached us with this particular request.

    Hello AgileBits,

    Apple (iTunes_dutch_support@apple.com) insists on seeing a "purchase history” of my purchace(s) in November.
    As far as I remember it was November that I bought this license, but have no proof to state it.
    Maybe you have information about the date that my paid license started?

    I am very much surprised myself, because if I made an error by buying it Apple says I can undo this, but this time they seem to refuse.
    Apple sent me this in Dutch, and the Google translation of it:

    "Ik zou graag de schermafbeelding van uw aankoopgeschiedenis willen ontvangen, waar uw aankopen in november op zichtbaar zijn. Ik hoop snel meer inzicht in de eerdere aankoop te krijgen, zodat ik u zo goed mogelijk verder kan helpen.”

    I would like to receive the screenshot of your purchase history, where your purchases are visible in November. I hope to gain more insight into the previous purchase, so I can help as much as possible.

    Are you certain they're not asking for the purchase history from your Apple ID?
    You can get your Apple ID purchase history by following the instructions here: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204088

    As @littlebobbytables mentioned, we do not have purchase details. Did you maybe buy 1Password as part of a bundle? (e.g. Parallels bundle)

    Thanks, that must be it, I indeed buy it with some other apps.
    Thanks for your help and sorry for my excuses. (Or whatever should one say after making much noise about probably just a poor administation)

    All that we care about is that we eventually figure out the cause that had you contact us to a point where you feel it has been answered/resolved. If we can help at all please do let us know as obviously we do want you to get a refund from Apple - one licence is enough :smile:
