cannot unlock 1Password because it fails to connect to 1Password mini.
mini fails to launch after going thru steps on >learn more, therefore I cant open the app at all.

Can you send us in a diagnostic report please as that might help us learn the cause given you've tried all the steps in our troubleshooting guide If you see “1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini” when trying to open 1Password.
