    Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty, but we'd be happy to help in any way we can. By default your 1Password data is stored only on your device. You can change this by setting up syncing or making a backup. Did you do either of those things before erasing your data? If not then unfortunately you may have erased your only copy. The only other possible solution would be to try restoring a device backup from iTunes/iCloud:

    Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup - Apple Support
