Is 1Passeport for iMac compatible with 1Password iOS version?
I Plan to buy 1Passeport for iMac too (I already use 1Password with my iPhone and my iPad).
When I download the iMac Version, will it take over or erase all the passwords registred in my iOS version?

I think I can help you with this.
Yes indeed this is possible. What you would need to do is set up syncing between your devices. You can either sign up for 1Password for Families, which will include free access to the Mac software, and provides syncing. Or you can purchase a license to the Mac software and setup syncing in several different ways such as DropBox, iCloud etc.
