Cannot connect to mini

1Password refusing to load. Tried the fixes suggested inc restart, check app in proper folder & typing the script into terminal.

    Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

    Megan, thank you for your prompt reply. I have just followed your instructions.The email is sent.
    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that provided a fix but it didn't. It's still hunting for the 1Password helper.

    @stu68: When you send the diagnostics to support+forum@agilebits.com you'll receive an autpresponse from BitBot, which will contain the Support ID. Just let us know what it is and we can use it to locate your message regardless of what account you send it from. Cheers! :)

    after updating my other macbook pro, the issue has manifested itself there too. for the record this mac runs non beta OSX 10.11.4 (15E65)

    Unfortunately I'm still not seeing any emails from you. Again, the Support ID would allow me to easily find your message with the diagnostics. It's impossible to guess what might be going wrong on your system without more information. Please post it here so we can better assist you with this.
