Sharing 1P with a virtual assistant

HI, we are getting ready to hire a VA and we are still a little perplexed by how we share information with her thru 1P?
Do we have to buy 1P for her as well? Or is there another way to share access through our paid account?
It's my husband, myself, and our soon VA.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in with this question. I'd be happy to help.

    I don't think there is one "right" answer to this question, but the way I would handle this is I'd create a vault that both you and your husband have access to. I'd then create a guest account, and invite the VA to that vault. Guests can only belong to one vault at a time, and they don’t have their own vault or access to the Shared vault. You can invite up to 2 Guests for free, and they do not count against your total number of allowed family members.
