I am seeing "1Password failed to connect to 1Password mini” when trying to open 1Password.
I followed the instructions (found at https://support.1password.com/error-connect-to-mini/) to address this that are on your website but the problem is still happening. Please help. Thanks.

@jchristian: Do you perhaps have multiple copies of 1Password on your Mac?
If you're still having trouble, the best thing to do will be to generate a diagnostic report and send it to support+forums@agilebits.com so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:
