I want to cancel. This is not an action you support so please send me instructions.
Bought 6/2015, have receipt. Cannot retrieve key(s), cannot fine relevant support, have been caught in useless loops as I attempt to find any means to cancel. I would rather cancel with you than through my credit card. Barring a reply, I will inform my CC that your monthly fee is unauthorized. Thanks and good luck with other customers.

@ehjertberg The 1Password app you bought last June is not a monthly subscription. Maybe you switched to 1Password for Families/Teams by accident?

@ehjertberg: Indeed, vplewis is correct: 1Password Families (and not even Teams) existed last summer, and there's no subscription fee for the license you purchased. If, however, you did subscribe to 1Password Families and want to cancel, you can do that easily by logging into your Families account and going to the Billing section. There's a big Cancel Subscription button right there:
