I have tried multiple times to create a account with different e-mail addresses but I never get the reply e-mail you promise
What to do?!?

    @NilsJ If you have checked your spam folder and still can't find the e-mail I would contact support. While I don't know i'm pretty sure they will honor the special offer because of this issue.
