1Password cannot fill an item in your browser because its code signature
This happens every single day - doesn't matter if I just start up my computer, or if I restart or close my browser. Seems like it started at the 1Password update - not the last one but the one before that. This has become very frustrating.

@ila8030 it's really difficult to diagnose that sort of problem without some basic information about your setup. Please tell us:
- What version of 1P you are using
- Your OS X version
- What browser you are using
- The 1Password Browser Extension version
