My passwords have disappeared from iMac version of 1Password - but still appear in iPhone version

I went to log into an account, and a dialogue box appeared asking me to 'fix' 1Password. I clicked on 'fix' and now all my passwords have disappeared. How do I get them back?

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.11.14
Sync Type: iCloud

    No reply from agile bits, so I checked for an update, installed it - and the data was recovered.
