Setting up account for 1Password for Families

I set up an account for 1Password for Families yesterday, but have not received the email to confirm the account. I've sent a separate email to support+kb@agilebits.com, but have not heard back yet. I’d like to take advantage of the special deal and get the special Earl badge before the deal runs out. Thanks!
