I am having some trouble migrating to the family account. I still have sync selected for dropbox

I am trying to migrate from 1Password that I use on my 2 Macs and 2 iOS devices to a family account. All these devices currently use dropbox to sync.

1Password Version: 6.2.1
Extension Version: 4.5.5
OS Version: 10.11.3
Sync Type: dropbox
Referrer: kb:teams-families-migrate, kb:account-key, kb:teams-families-migrate

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble migrating to 1Password Families. Your post indicates that you took a look at our support article: Migrate to a Family or Team account. Could you let us know at what point the instructions there stopped making sense?

    Once we know where you’re at in the process, we’ll be better able to walk you through the remaining steps. :)
