my team member who has downloaded 1password for mac, cannot log in as he repeatedly keeps getting the same error

    @rishabnalinjain: Do you mean they're trying to login to the 1Password Teams website? if so, knowing the exact error message will be crucial. A screenshot would be even better. To include it in your reply, simply click the document button in the top of the comment field, and select the file you wish to share:

    But most critically, you will not be able to connect to the site unless a secure connection can be established. Otherwise the connection will be rejected, because something is misconfigured on the system — often "security" software which is performing a Person in the Middle attack to be able to monitor your traffic. Do you have anything like that installed which could be interfering?
