Additional Organizer
Does an additional organizer have permission to view others' Personal vaults? What about viewing vaults that were not shared with the organizer? Can the organizer invite themselves to that privately shared vault?
I want to add a family member as an organizer as a safeguard in case I get locked out. However, I wouldn't to do that if it exposes everyone's private info.

Personal vaults are just that personal. No rights can be given to read them and the only person to see them is the member.

Hey @MonkeyMylo! Ah, that would defeat the purpose, as Scuba629 mentioned. Personal vaults are only accessible by you, or whoever's Personal vault we're talking about. Organizers can't add themselves to that vault, or any vault they aren't already a member of. You can definitely add another Organizer to make sure you don't get locked out. They will be able to recover your account if you do find yourself without your credentials. :)
