Can 1P handle triple (i.e. three term) logins?

American Airlines now has a login that requires 3 phrases: username, last name, and password. 1P only seems to fill in two of them (username and password). Even if I do a manual save from the AA site, it looks like only username and password are saved.

How can this situation be handled better?

    Hi @odysseus,

    My teammate Brenty described the solution here. Essentially it's manually saving a new login for the site and using the URL https://www.aa.com/loyalty/login. I just tried it as well, and it worked. Let us know how it goes for you! :+1:

    Thanks. It's very confusing to submit the 3 fields, and have the page reload with blank fields, even though one is logged in.

    I know what you mean, @odysseus, and it's certainly not ideal but that seems to be how AA is handling logins from that page. But it does sound like you were able to successfully create a login that fills properly there, so that's good news! :) Glad we could help.
