With the newest IOX (El Capitan) upgrade I lost all saved info on one password. How do I recover my data that I have been saving for the last 5 years?

    Sorry for the trouble here! Let's see if we can reunite you with your data! First I have a couple questions for you, in order to get a better idea of what might be happening here and how we might help you find your data.

    1. What version of 1Password are you using? Please include version number as well as whether it's from Mac App Store or AgileBits Store.
    2. Have you deleted any data from your computer recently? Do you use CleanMyMac or another app cleaning utility?
    3. Have you synced your data to iCloud, Dropbox, or another device?
