New Mac: Failed to unlock. Cannot load keychain profile.

Hi all,

I recently used my existing 1password 6 license to download 1password 6 onto my new Mac. I sync my vault via Dropbox, so after installing Dropbox I opened 1password and selected "Already have 1password data somewhere else?". Then I select Dropbox and "Choose File..." And select my 1Password.agilekeychain file in my Dropbox. 1password then goes to the lock screen and I input my password (obviously this is the same as the one I use on my iPhone, so it's correct) but the vault won't unlock and I receive an error message "Failed to unlock. Cannot load keychain profile".

Everything should be working properly so I'm very unsure what the problem is, help!

    UPDATE

    Bizarrely this fixed itself once I had connected to the internet.
    Hopefully this little escapade can help other users in the same situation!

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for taking the time to post your question, and to come back and follow up! We'll look into it, but it seems like the agilekeychain file was not completely synced by Dropbox. When you connected to the Internet again, the Dropbox sync finished.
