1Password and 1Password 4 folders that both have Backups folders.

1Password and 1Password 4 folders that both have Backups folders.
Why is one of the Backups folders 2GB? It contains 51 ~41 MB dated .agilekeychain_zip files.

    Sorry that you are experiencing this issue.

    Yes I believe that there is currently a bug with the backups that we continue to create backups with no limits, instead of removing the oldest ones. Feel free to remove the oldest backups that you do not believe you'll need to save the space on your computer.

    Why are there 2 folders as such? Can I safely delete the 1Password 4 folder in the path above?

    Hi @BoxCar,

    No, actually the 1Password folder is most likely the older one, a remnant of 1Password 3. Sorry for the confusion. The 1Password 4 folder is used by versions 4 and later (including 6), so please don't delete that folder as it's where your current data resides.

    As long as you have all your current data in 1Password 6, you can go ahead and delete the 1Password folder, as my teammate Brenty recently suggested in response to a very similar question.
