Since updating to El Capitan neither my password or email address is being recognized.Help please

    Unlocking 1Password only requires your Master Password, not your email address, so I'm not sure what you mean by "neither my password or email address is being recognized." Would you please clarify what you're trying to login to? It would also be helpful for us to know which version of 1Password you're using on your Mac.
