Unclear how to set up second Mac using Single License

I purchased 1Password Single License with the understanding I could use it on two Mac computers and multiple iOS devices. I've installed it on the first Mac and it works well. I've installed on the second Mac and got into a morass at https://support.1password.com/guides/mac/

Although the setup screen under "Where is your data" offers a choice "Another device," the help info at that link doesn't provide instructions for that selection. There is a choice "Wifi sync existing data," but this gives instructions for syncing from an iOS device.

    Have you set up syncing with Dropbox or iCloud on your first Mac yet? If so, just select either Dropbox or iCloud and follow the steps on the appropriate page of the User Guide:
