Unable to turn on Automatic Filling on Samsung S6 Active 5.1.1

I first disabled LastPass' keyboard, then enabled 1Passwords keyboard.
I then tried enabling Automatic filling.
I clicked the "Enable Automatic Filling" icon in the 1Password app.
I opened "1Password Automatic Filling" in the Accessibility menu.
I can tap the off switch to enable it, but Can't click "Turn On" in the popup that shows up. Nothing happens. The only thing I can press is "Cancel".

Hi @ab1passworduser. Thanks for contacting us about this issue. :)

Can you let me know if you're using any screen filtering apps, such as Twilight or Darker? If so, can you try disabling that and then enabling the accessibility service? Let me know how that goes! Thanks!

I was using Twilight which once disabled allowed me to be able to enable the service. Thanks!

  • Great to hear disabling Twilight worked! This is just an added security in the Android OS so other apps can't trick you to enable these services. :)
