After I login to 1password on my iPhone 6s, the screen size shrinks and I can't read it

I uninstalled and reinstalled the software but that didn't help. I used to be able to repeatedly tap the screen and it would resume its normal form, but no longer.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. 1Password 3 for iOS was retired in 2012 and has not (and cannot be) updated for iOS 9 compatibility. Instead you'd need to upgrade to 1Password 6 for iOS:
