I have version 6.2.1 for Mac and the items lock without the whole window locking
Normally 1Password has 3 vertical areas. Left is the list of Categories, in the middle you see the items of the selected category and on the right you see the details of a specific item. Until version 6.2.1, when 1Password locked (after inactivity etc.) the whole window becomes grey and you see the entry field for your master password. In version 6.2.1, 1Password appears unlocked but the right hand vertical area showing the item details is empty. Whichever item you select in the middle column the right area is empty. The only way to get out of this, is to lock 1Password by pressing on the lock icon on the upper right hand corner and then proceed with unlcoking 1Password.
