    Hi @Honeygirl,

    I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with 1Password! That wiggle is letting you know that the Master Password you’ve entered is incorrect. (You’ll notice that the lock goes red as well when this happens). There are a few things you can try to ensure that you’re typing your Master Password correctly:

    1. Toggle the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys
    2. Type in your password with (or without) spaces, caps, accents, etc.
    3. Check to see that the password hint is accurate
    4. Restart your computer.

    If none of these help, you may need to start over with a fresh vault. I hope this helps!
