I have a macbook pro running Yosemite 10.10.5 and I have an iPhone 6 Plus that is up to date. I have put new passwords into my MacBook Pro which are not syncing to my iPhone and visa versa. Please help! I have only found instructions to "sync to iCloud" which it is already doing, but I can't Unselect that to make the devices sync. Help please this is a HUGE problem for me

Hi @MrsB ,
I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble syncing. We should be able to sort it out quickly. As a little test, I'd like you to try the following:
- On your MacBook Pro, please open an item and make a small change (add a note, custom field, or whatever you like)
- Check to see if it shows up on your iPhone.
- Then open another item on your iPhone and make a small change.
- Check to see if that change shows up on your MacBook Pro.
If the changes above do not sync across, then I'd like to ask you to create some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices:
Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

I got a response to my first question, asking for help in getting my Macbook Pro and iPhone 6 to sync. I was asked to send diagnostic reports from both devices, but was also told "You should have received a unique ID number from BitBots. You should include that when sending diagnostic reports". Sadly, I have NOT received any ID number from anyone; not BitBots, not AgileBits, no one. Now what? I already sent my Mac diagnostic. Should I send the iPhone one as well? How will you recognize that they are all part of the same problem?
