A small update in today's build to improve invoices and avoid confusion with Internet Explorer.

Here is what is new in Build 106:

[IMPROVED] Invoice emails are sent only to the Family Organizer who added the credit card.
[IMPROVED] Show unsupported browser page for any page in IE.
[FIXED] A bug where invoice line descriptions were not displayed properly in rare situations. {1446}
