I have a license on my work computer, and want to have the same on my personal computer. I had 1password 5 installed awhile ago. I just tried to re-open it and it wasn't working. Followed the steps listed, including Terminal (although I changed the "6" to "5"). Still won't open. I tried to reset etc. and can't find an update on the App Store. Not sure what to do next!

    Hello @khsiao,

If the application you have on your Mac is title 1Password 5 then that would indicate you have the AgileBits Store version of 1Password installed on your system. In this case what I would recommend is the following.

    1. Drag the 1Password application from your /Applications/ folder to the Trash. Please don't use an app cleaner.
    2. Reboot your Mac.
    3. Download 1Password again from our AgileBits Download page.

Does that make any difference to the issues that you're experiencing or do you still have the problem of not being able to connect to 1Password mini?
