Hello I designated my wife as a team member, sent her an invitation and she can not log in.

Her email has been confirmed on the admin side.

    Hi @rsr2001! I removed that screenshot since it has your email and that's private info. :) I'm sorry your wife can't sign in after you set her up on the account. I just checked and Safari is listed as one of her devices, so things should be set up properly. Could you check to make sure she's using the correct sign-in address and other info as mentioned in our troubleshooting knowledge base article? If she's still having trouble signing in, and she's sure her email, Account Key, Master Password match with the sign-in address, I'd recommend recovering her account. Hope that helps!
