    Greetings @n2xqr,

Does the following help at all?

    1. Launch 1Password so the icon appears in your dock.
    2. Right click on the 1Password icon in your dock and go to the Options submenu.
    3. Select the option titled Open at Login.

If you restart your Mac you should find 1Password launches and the main lock screen window pops up, is that kind of what you were after?
