1password failed to connect 1password mini

My version is 1Password 4.
The error that 1Password failed to connect 1Password mini happened.

My 1Password is in the Applications folder.
I already restart my Mac.

When I try to open 1Password 4 on my Mac, that error happens and 1Password 4 doesn't open.
How can I do ?

Extension Version: 4.5.5
OS Version: OS X 10.11.3
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Do you have any particular reason for using 1PW4? 1PW6 is a free upgrade from 1PW4.

    @t96307tk: Indeed, 1Password 4 is not supported on El Capitan, only Mavericks and Mountain Lion. Be sure to install the latest version from the AgileBits website and update OS X, and let us know if you have any other questions! :)

    I upgraded 1PW4 to 6.
    And, the trouble was resolved.
