The website in question is https://www.mypremiercreditcard.com/login.aspx and the second page is https://www.mypremiercreditcard.com/login-password.aspx. On the second page, the password inserts correctly but I can't figure out how to get the PIN to be inserted for me. Here is a video of what happens removed by AgileBits

    Hi @GabeGonzalez007,

I've removed the link as these are public support forums and the gif showed your username which you probably don't want the world to know. I would recommend removing the file from wherever it is hosted if you can.

As to the issue. As the second page is asking for two passwords (HTML doesn't differentiate between passwords, passphrases or PINs, they're all concealed text) you will need a dedicated Login item for this page. So to fill both pages you will want to use the steps detailed in Save the Login manually to create a Login item for your username on the first page and then a second Login item that stores both the password and PIN. If you do this I believe you will find 1Password can cope with both pages.

Does this help? While 1Password can cope with certain multi-page logins it can't do this if one of the pages is more complex than simply asking for either the username or a single password. I am confident though that two Login items will work here.
