Hi.
my cell phone was accidentally wiped clean by a tech while replacing a screen. I lost all of my apps in the process including my password app with all of my passwords. Is there a way to retrieve my vault from agile bits? I do have my vault password.

    Hi @sstoughton,

    I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with 1Password. Did you perform an iCloud backup prior to sending your phone in to be fixed? Was your 1Password data syncing to either Dropbox or iCloud?
