1Password mini in Chrime Version 49.0.2623.112 (64-bit) on Mac Air Early 2014 OSX 10.11.4 runs slowl
Frequently, but not every time when I click on 1Password Mini in Chrome I get a revolving beach ball for 30-60 seconds before the drop down menu appears. After a "beach ball episode" Mini responds immediately. If I don't use Mini for a while or the laptop goes asleep, I'll have to wait again. I'm using WiFi. I'm backing-up daily with Carbon Copy Cloner and using Agile Bits AV. I'm using Dropbox sync on two laptops and two IOS devices
Thanks for the help

Hi @TCPMo,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble.
You are more patient than I am. I don't think I would ever wait 30-60 seconds to see if 1Password mini appeared after clicking the button in Chrome. :)
Is there any rhyme or reason to the "beach ball episodes"? Does it happen consistently after a fresh restart of your Mac, or after waking it from sleep, for example?
The next time it happens, can you try to generate a Diagnostics Report as quickly as possible?
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Attach the Diagnostics Report(s) to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report(s) in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report(s) in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report(s) and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
