diferrent database between my 2 apple computers and 2 ios. Synch all in Icloud

My 2 Mac's and my 2 IOS are synchining by ICLOUD and i have different values.
questions
1) how to compare 2 databases changes if i have a backup.
2) How to fix everyone direct to Icloud?

I already delete everything and reinstall and resynch

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with iCloud sync!

    To help us figure out why it isn't working, can you please let us know some more details:

    • What version of OS X are you running on each Mac?
    • What version of the 1Password app is installed on each Mac? (You mentioned version 6.2.1, but I don't know if that's the same on both Macs.)
    • Are you using the AgileBits Store version or the Mac App Store version of 1Password on each Mac?
    • What version of iOS are you running on each iOS device?
    • What exact version of 1Password is installed on each iOS device?
    • On each Mac, if you open 1Password and go to 1Password > Preferences > Sync, is iCloud selected for your Primary vault?
    • On each iOS device, if you open 1Password and go to Settings > Sync > Primary, does it show the Sync Service is iCloud?
    • Are you signed into the same Apple ID on both Macs and both iOS devices?

    Once we know that information, we'll have a much better idea how to get things working correctly again. Thanks!

    Hi, let's see

    1- macbook os 10.11.5 1 password-6.3.1 mac app store

    2- Mac Pro os 10.11.5 1 password-6.3.1 mac app store

    3- Iphone 6s plus iOS 9.3.2 1 password- 6.4.2

    In iCloud, i only have 1 1password saved with 1.7 mb.

    Hi @flaviomartins,

    Thanks so much for getting back to us with those answers! I see that there's one question in particular that we'll still need to know the answer to:

    Are you signed into the same Apple ID on both Macs and both iOS devices?

    Since you're up to date with 1Password and everything seems to be syncing correctly, I suspect that perhaps you're syncing correctly to two different iCloud accounts. Do you have multiple Apple IDs?
