I can't log into/ setup the mac app for my families account.
I can't log into/ setup the mac app for my families account. I think it is because I used to have one password for the regular free trial to play with the some of the features but I decided not to buy it then and had uninstalled the app. Now instead of booting to the setup screen it boots to asking for a password. I don't have the old password anymore. Please help.

No worries, we can help you out here! It sounds like 1Password is finding that old datafile that you were playing around with. All we need to do is give you a fresh start. If you follow the instructions in our User Guide there, you’ll be able to set 1Password up as a new user and add your new 1Password Families account. :)
