I can't get to your website to get the extension. I keep getting a security error when I try to go to your site. I can only get to these forums.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with our extension download site! We'll be happy to help solve this, but first we'll need to know some more details about your setup and the problem:

• Is this happening on a Mac or a Windows PC?
• What OS version is running on your Mac or Windows PC?
• If you're using a Mac, what exact version of the 1Password app is installed?
• If you're using a Windows PC, what exact version of 1Password is installed?
• What web browser are you using, and what version of that browser?
• What is the exact error message you receive when you try to go to the extension site? If possible, it would be great if you could take a screenshot of that. To include it in your reply, simply click the document button in the top of the comment field, and select the file you wish to share:
