How do I recover my team URL and key?

    Hi @RRIVERS17,

    I'm sorry to hear you can't go into your 1Password account. The account key and URL are on your Emergency Kit. I'd recommend you to try to find it, either physically if you printed it or as a .PDF file on your computer.

    If you can't find your Emergency Kit, you can figure out the URL of your Team by going to this page https://start.1password.com/signin and clicking on "Don’t know your sign-in address?". You can get in touch with your Team admin and follow the steps in this guide to recover your account: https://support.1password.com/teams-admin-recovery/.
