Can't load categories. Changing from teams to families? Enlarging mini script to read errors?

Have teams on my iPad and families on my iPhone. Want to change to families on my iPad.
Get into what looks like a loop when I click on categories. They never load. How?
Get an error message in mini script which asks me to change out of this to read error message. How?

    Where do I find 1password version?
    OS version 9.3.1

    What is extension version? Where do I find it?

    Hey @bartine_hodge! Sorry about that. Do you have a 1Password Families and 1Password Teams account or just one? The issue and errors you're describing need a bit more troubleshooting. To get a better idea of what the issue is, could you please create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device?
