Dropbox not finding new data to sync

The agilekeychain folder is present on my Mac and android, by my android is way out of date and hasn't been receiving data for some time, either over wifi or cellular.

    I went through all the tips. The issue is with 1password, but i have verified it's using the same vault, and accessing the same dropbox file. i created a test login and it's not syncing.

    Thank you - I didn't see an email notification that you had responded, so apologies for the delay. I noticed that dropbox isn't syncing on my desktop either.
