I have a problem to access iPad version 1Password due to Unsupported Browser
You said "To use the 1Password web app and admin console, you'll want to download the latest version of one of these awesome browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Opera
You're using an outdated version of Safari that is not supported, please update to the latest version."
I choose Chrome and go to App Store but can not buy the latest version of Google Chrome.
One more question is that I need to update to the latest version of Safari?
How can I solve this problem?
I have updated Chrome-Google Version 50.0.2661.7... on 04/20/2016.

Hi @VictorSaito2020,
I merged your posts so we can keep the conversation in one place and help you better! You can't access the Admin Console from Safari yet, you need to use one of the other three browsers mentioned above. If you updated Chrome a few days ago you should be able to access the Admin Console from it. Have you tried logging in from Chrome? If it's still not working, can you please tell me what exactly does it tell you? :chuffed:

Hi Pilar,
In order to access the Admin Console, do I need to set up Google for Work Account?
Google said so.0 -
Hi @VictorSaito2020,
To access the admin console go to https://start.1password.com/signin/ . Then fill in with your own Team or Family URL and in the next page the Email, Account Key and Master Password. Can you please try to follow this steps and if something doesn't work tell us exactly what you see in which step?
Please let me know how this goes :chuffed:

Hi, Pilar,
I got a message saying" Cannot sign in. Your Account Key or email address is incorrect." after entering
all my Email, Account Key and Master Password. Also I checked PC version 1password and could access to it using same Email, Account Key and Master Password..

Thanks for writing back, @VictorSaito2020.
That message should only come up when you actually do enter an incorrect Account Key or email address.
- Are you copying and pasting it from the same place on both your iPhone and your PC?
- Are you able to sign in to your account in the 1Password app on your iPhone?
- Is the problem only when you try to sign in to the 1Password.com website in Safari?
You should only need to sign in to the website (versus using the 1Password app) if you wanted to access the Admin Console. Is that what you are trying to do?

Hi, khad,
I'll answer questions you gave one by one as follows:
Are you copying and pasting it from the same place on both your iPhone and your PC?
NO, from different places.
Are you able to sign in to your account in the 1Password app on your iPhone?
NO, I am not. Always got "Unsupported Browser".
Is the problem only when you try to sign in to the 1Password.com website in Safari?
I try to sign in the website in Google Chrome.
You should only need to sign in to the website (versus using the 1Password app) if you wanted to access the Admin Console. Is that what you are trying to do?
Yes, I am trying to do it but I do not know how I can do it exactly. Could you teach me how to do it?
Victor

Hi @VictorSaito2020,
Thanks for answering this questions. I have a couple more follow up questions so we can get this figured out.
-You tell us you're copying the information from different places to your iPhone and PC. Where are you copying the information from for each one?
-Have you downloaded the app from the App Store in your iPhone? Have you been able to sign into your account in the app? (not on your browser)

Hi,Pilar,
Following your advice on May 4th, I went to access the admin console going to https://start.1password.com/signin/ .
Then fill in with my own Team URL and in the next page the Email, Account Key and Master Password in
my ipad.
But as I sent the result on May 5th, I got the message saying" Cannot sign in. Your Account Key or email address is incorrect."
Above was the trial in ipad.
And using Windows 10 PC, I did the same thing again and I could got it. So I did the same things in different places. On May 4th, I updated Google Chrome version 50.0.2661,9.... form App Store in my ipad.
What do you mean the app? Is it Safari, not Chrome?
Do you mean that is the cause fo my problem; I have`t been able to sign in my account?Victor

Here is a link to download the 1Password app on your iPhone and iPad:
When you install the app, it will ask you to sign in to your account like this:
We are trying to find out if you are able to sign in to your account in the 1Password app on your device.
Unless you are trying to access the Admin Console, do not sign in to your 1Password account in Safari or Chrome.
We also have a Windows 10 app, so you don't need to sign in to your account in a web browser:
https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9NBLGGGZ0HT9
If you can sign in to your account in the apps, that will help us narrow down the problem.

Hi, khad:
Sorry, I could not access the link http://j.mp/1PasFO on my iPad saying "Something`s wrong here....".
On my PC, I could open it.Victor

Victor,
You can, alternatively, launch the App Store app on your iPad and search for 1Password that way.

Ben,
Thanks, I could open 1Password on my iPad following your advice.
My new problem is my vaults on iPad is less than the vaults on my PC.
Are those automatically copied form my PC vaults or can you show mw the way?Victor

@VictorSaito2020: It sounds like you may have been using 1Password for Mac before you stated using 1Password Families and have some local vaults which are only on your Mac. Is that correct? If so, 1Password Families won't have any of that data.
What you can do is login to 1Password.com on your Mac through the web browser and create a new vault (under the Family menu in the upper right, Admin Console, Vaults) to duplicate those only on your Mac. Then you can move the data from the old vault to the new one in 1Password Families, so it will show up on all of your devices you authorize. I hope this helps! :)
